Several Garlic Cloves (Diced)
2 Shallots (Diced)

Garlic Butter Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Garlic Clove - Crushed or finely chopped. (Note: I'm a garlic whore and I use a ton of garlic. For normal people, maybe 2-3 cloves are fine).
1 cup Whole Milk
1 Tbsp Flour
1/3c Butter*
Pinch of Oregano
Pinch of salt
*I only use butter, so I'm not sure if margarine or something else would work
1. In a small saucepan over low to medium heat (Setting 4 on my stove), melt the butter.
2. Add the garlic. Stir frequently, you don't want it to stick. Garlic burns easily! Let cook for about a minute.
3. Add in the flour slowly (Just sprinkle it in). Keep stirring. Do that for about 2 minutes.
4. Add Milk and stir. Raise the heat

Salt Aged Steak with Garlic Butter Sauce
I tried this a few days ago and it came out magnificent. It was the best steak I ever made. I've tried this on Filet Mignon and Ribeye, so I'm certain it would work for most cuts of steak. I think it would make even the cheapest sirloin cuts taste really good if you like the flavors I use.
Ingredients:
Steak of Choice
Kosher or Sea Salt (I find Kosher salt works better.) Don't use table salt!!

Onion Powder

Olive Oil
